INTERESTS
- Electron beam lithography: e-beam machine set up and calibration, processing for nanopatterning, evaluation of new resists for e-beam lithography, fabrication of nanoelectrodes for nanoelectronics applications, patterning of biomaterials.
- Lithography simulation: Simulation of the e-beam exposure process by deterministic solution of the flow equations or by Monte Carlo procedures, resist process simulation by empirical and stochastic methods, chemically amplified resists.
- Molecular electronics : Research on molecular memory devices based on organic or inorganic molecules with/without metallic nanoparticles, ionic memories.
- Organic Electronics: Development of procedures and study of materials suitable for low voltage – high gain organic FET transistors.
