The Department of Microelectronics (former Institute of Microelectronics –IMEL) is one of the three departments of the Institute of Advanced Materials, Physicochemical Processes, Microsystems and Nanotechnology (IAMPPMN) of NCSR “DEMOKRITOS” that resulted after a governmental decision for merging in 2012.
