OBJECTIVES

The objectives of this group include research and development in the following:
a) Process and material development
b) Characterization of CVD-ALD films
c) Fabrication and characterization of various devices: Si Solar Cells, Hybrid Organic-Inorganic Solar Cells and Gas Sensors
