  5. Pythagoras (collaboration with the University of Patras)
  6. Joint project with the university of Cyprus “Photothermal detection of hydrogen”

Main objectives:

    • Development of silicon micromachined processes
    • Development of novel silicon sensors based on new materials and new processes
    • Design, fabrication and testing of microsystems using silicon sensors.
